I’ve coordinated CPR trainings before, and this was by far the best one I’ve experienced. Ismael trained a group of our school staff, and everyone was incredibly engaged throughout the entire class. The training was hands-on, thorough, informative, and paced perfectly. We were learning while genuinely enjoying ourselves, which is not always easy to accomplish with this type of training! Our staff had nothing but positive things to say afterward, and I personally felt like I walked away having truly learned and retained the information. I had a great experience completing my BLS renewal. Ismael was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and made the entire process easy to understand. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with each skill. The class was efficient without feeling rushed. I was really nervous starting out, but Ismael was amazing and made the whole experience so comfortable. He was knowledgeable, passionate, engaging, and took the time to answer all of my questions. On top of the great training, they literally saved my computer. It started pouring rain right as my session endeding, and they were kind enough to give me an umbrella so my things wouldn't get ruined.
