Terms and Conditions for AED Subscription Plans

By subscribing to one of our AED subscription plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Overview of Subscription Plans

Essential Plan

The Essential Plan includes:

  • Samaritan AED (HeartSine Samaritan 350P)
  • AED/CPR rescue kit (gloves, pocket mask, shears, disposable razor, and tissue)
  • Soft carry case
  • Pads and batteries
  • AED check tag
  • AED window/wall decal
  • Lifetime warranty
  • Customer support

Additional Terms:

  • A $100 setup fee applies
  • Shipping and return included
  • The plan is cancel anytime by following the cancellation policy in Section 4

Ready + Prepared Plan

The Ready + Prepared Plan includes:

  • Samaritan AED (HeartSine Samaritan 350P)
  • Annual CPR and AED training
  • Certifications every two years for up to 10 participants
  • AED/CPR rescue kit (gloves, pocket mask, shears, disposable razor, and tissue)
  • Soft carry case
  • Pads and batteries
  • AED check tag
  • AED wall decal
  • Lifetime warranty
  • Exclusive customer support

Additional Terms:

  • The plan requires a 4-year contract subscription
  • The setup fee is waived
  • Shipping and returns included

2. Subscription Fees

Essential Plan

  • Monthly fee: $29 (Reg. $39)
  • Setup fee: $100 (non-refundable)

Ready + Prepared Plan

  • Monthly fee: $59
  • Setup fee: Waived

3. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly and will be charged to the payment method on file.
  • Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions.
  • Late payments may incur a $15 late fee.

4. Cancellation Policy

Essential Plan

  • Subscribers may cancel anytime by:
  • Upon cancellation, the AED must be returned within 7 days.
  • Failure to return the AED may result in a replacement fee.

Ready + Prepared Plan

  • Subscribers may contact us at:

  • Call us 917-983-6611
  • This plan requires a 4-year contract subscription.
  • Cancellation before the end of the term will result in the following charges:
    • Early cancellation fee: (Up to 1yr $250) (1-2yrs $200) ( 2-3yrs $150) (3-4yrs $100) 
    • Upon cancellation, the AED must be return within 7 days use the provided return instructions.
    • Failure to return the AED will result in a replacement fee.

5. Maintenance and Warranty

  • Terra Medicus provides a lifetime warranty for the Samaritan AED, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Pads and batteries are included as part of the subscription and will be replaced as needed at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen AED:

If the AED is lost or stolen, the subscriber may be charged a replacement fee or the full retail price of the device. Please contact Terra Medicus immediately to report the loss or theft.

6. Training (Ready + Prepared Plan Only)

  • Subscribers receive CPR and AED training every year! and certifications every two years for up to 10 participants. We go the extra mile to make sure you are ready and prepared.
  • Training sessions will be scheduled directly with Terra Medicus and conducted on-site at your location.

7. Replacement Policy

  • If the AED is damaged, lost, or stolen, contact Terra Medicus immediately at info@terramedicus.com or 917-983-6611.
  • If the AED is damaged, lost or stolen, the subscriber may be charged a replacement fee or the full retail price of the device. Please contact Terra Medicus immediately to report the loss or theft.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Terra Medicus is not liable for improper use of the AED or failure to use it during an emergency.
  • It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure all users are trained appropriately.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • Terra Medicus reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
  • Subscribers will receive written notice of changes 30 days before they take effect.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
